Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This document sets out the conditions for using the bngstudio.dev website and the general framework in which the services offered under the BNG Studio brand are presented and contracted.

This English version is provided for convenience and accessibility. The Romanian version remains the reference version; in the event of any difference of interpretation, the Romanian text prevails. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

03Purpose of the website

The website bngstudio.dev is primarily a presentation site. Its role is to present the services, the way of working, completed projects and the available packages, and to give visitors a simple way to get in touch with the provider.

The website is not an online shop: it does not allow orders to be placed online, does not process payments and does not conclude contracts automatically.

04BNG Studio services

The services presented on the website concern the creation and maintenance of websites, together with related digital design services, including:

  • designing and building presentation websites;
  • landing pages and portfolio websites;
  • digital catalogues and dedicated content sections;
  • related services such as minimal logo design or professional image optimisation;
  • maintenance and post-launch updates, under a dedicated subscription.

The specific content of the services for a given project is agreed together with the client.

05The packages presented

The website displays service packages for information purposes, to give a clear picture of the possible levels of collaboration and of the order of magnitude of the costs.

Package descriptions are indicative. The exact scope of the project — number of pages, functionality, design complexity, required integrations — depends on each client's requirements and is defined during the discussion and quoting stage. A package may be adapted, extended or supplemented with additional services.

The information shown on the website does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense and does not oblige the provider to enter into a contract.

06Requesting a project

The website lets you choose a package or start a conversation, which redirects you to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message mentioning the selected package.

Selecting a package and opening a WhatsApp conversation does not constitute the conclusion of a contract and does not, in itself, create obligations to pay or to perform. It is an initiation of contact — a request to discuss a possible project.

The collaboration arises subsequently, through the explicit agreement of both parties on the specific conditions of the project.

07Quotes and contracting the services

After the initial discussion, the provider may send a quote tailored to the project. The accepted quote, or the agreement or contract concluded with the client, establishes the specific elements of the collaboration, including:

  • the scope of the project and the deliverables;
  • the applicable price and its structure;
  • delivery deadlines and project stages;
  • the number and limits of the revisions included;
  • the payment schedule and conditions;
  • any additional services requested;
  • subsequent maintenance conditions, where applicable;
  • any other project-specific conditions, including rights over the results.

In the event of any inconsistency between the general information on the website and the individual agreement reached with the client, the individual agreement prevails.

08Prices

The prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and are indicative, showing the starting cost for the package concerned in the configuration described.

The final price of a project is set according to the actual requirements and confirmed through the quote. Through the asterisked note in the pricing section, the website indicates that the web domain is not included in the website build price: it is paid separately and its cost varies depending on the extension, availability and registrar. Connecting and configuring the domain is carried out by the provider.

09Payment

Payment conditions are communicated and agreed for each project individually, through the quote or the agreement concluded with the client.

As stated in the frequently asked questions section of the website, the working model generally involves a 30% deposit of the selected package to start the project, together with the cost of the domain, with the remaining 70% payable once the website is complete, before it goes live. The conditions actually applicable to a project are those confirmed in writing with the client.

Tax documents relating to the services provided are issued in accordance with applicable legislation.

10Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the service chosen, the complexity of the project and each client's requirements, and are agreed together with the client.

The duration estimates shown on the website are indicative. Timelines may be affected by how promptly the client provides the necessary materials, information and approvals; delays arising from those causes shift the delivery date accordingly.

11Client obligations

For the project to run smoothly, the client undertakes:

  • to provide the necessary materials on time (copy, images, logo, information about the business);
  • to communicate requirements, objectives and any preferences clearly;
  • to give feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes so the project can progress;
  • to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete;
  • to hold the necessary rights over the materials it supplies;
  • to pay the agreed amounts by the deadlines set out in the agreement between the parties.

12Intellectual property

The website and the BNG Studio brand

The content of the bngstudio.dev website — text, structure, design, graphic elements, animations, source code — as well as the BNG Studio brand and visual identity belong to the provider or are used by it under valid rights. Reproducing, distributing, modifying or commercially exploiting them, in whole or in part, without the provider's prior written consent is not permitted.

Normal viewing of the website and sharing links to its pages are permitted.

The results of the client's project

Rights over the website built for a client — including their transfer or licensing, the extent of the usage rights and the moment they are acquired — are established through the individual agreement applicable to that project.

Client materials and third-party resources

Materials supplied by the client remain the property of the client or of their rights holders; the provider claims no rights over them and uses them solely to deliver the project. Certain components may come from third parties (fonts, libraries, graphic resources) and remain subject to their own licences.

The provider may publicly present completed projects as portfolio work, subject to any agreement to the contrary reached with the client.

13Materials supplied by the client

The client is responsible for holding all necessary rights over the content it sends for use in the project: text, images, photographs, logos, fonts, video material or any other elements.

By sending those materials, the client confirms that it is entitled to use them for the purposes of the project and to allow the provider to incorporate them into the work. The provider is under no obligation to verify the origin or legal status of the materials received and is not liable for third-party claims arising from the use of materials for which the client did not hold the necessary rights.

14Third-party services and resources

Depending on the nature of the project, a website may integrate services or resources supplied by third parties — for example hosting services, domain registrars, font providers, email services, maps, forms or booking tools.

These services operate under their own terms, policies and availability levels, and their costs, where any apply, are borne by the client unless agreed otherwise. The provider does not control how these services operate and is not liable for their interruption, modification or discontinuation.

15Limitation of liability

The provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the information published on the website accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is complete or error-free at all times. The general information on the website is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website, such as loss of profit or data, caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this document limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for personal injury, or for breach of mandatory consumer rights.

16External links

The website contains links to external platforms, such as WhatsApp and Instagram, as well as to the websites built for clients and shown in the projects section.

Those platforms and websites are operated by third parties and function under their own terms of use and privacy policies. The provider does not control their content and is not responsible for it. You access them at your own risk.

17Website availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and working correctly. Uninterrupted availability cannot, however, be absolutely guaranteed: interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents or problems at infrastructure providers.

The provider reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or discontinue the website or sections of it.

18Changes to services and prices

The provider may update the information published on the website, the structure of the packages and the prices shown at any time.

Such changes do not retroactively affect conditions already agreed for an ongoing project: the price and conditions agreed with the client at the time of the agreement continue to apply.

19Consumer rights

Where the client qualifies as a consumer within the meaning of Romanian and European Union legislation, the rights provided by consumer protection law apply in full.

Nothing in these terms removes, limits or restricts the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law. Where a clause in this document would conflict with a mandatory consumer protection rule, the legal rule applies.

20Dispute resolution

If a disagreement arises, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution through direct, good-faith communication. You can raise any issue with us at bungardeanc1@gmail.com.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under Romanian law. A consumer client may also contact the competent consumer protection authorities and use the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by applicable legislation.

21Applicable law

These terms and conditions, and the use of the website, are governed by Romanian law and, where relevant, by European Union law.

22Changes to these terms and conditions

This document may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The applicable version is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
